Nic has always had a passion for sport and as a kid, played everything from Waterpolo to Aussie Rules football, but endurance sport was where he started to focus his attention as a teenager. He made 3 state teams and won the 16-19 Age Group Sprint Distance Triathlon World Championships before turning his attention to cycling with the goal of competing at the highest level of the sport. He turned professional with Team Dimension Data and competed in some of the biggest races the sport has to offer. After 5 years of cycling professionally he returned to 70.3 Triathlon and took 3 professional Top 10's in his first season. A keen surfer, you can normally find Nic hunting for waves or chilling on the beach with his dog Dora when he's not madly training for his next event.
