Love love love this coffee!!

I cannot say enough about this coffee! The strawberry coferment coming out of Columbia from Jairo Arcila is mind blowing!

He did it again! I absolutely love everything this producer touches. I was a little anxious trying this but after falling in love with the Peaches infused coffee, I wanted to give this a try. The strawberry and yeast-fermentation really bring a distinct note of freshness to this coffee. The only taste I can compare it to for someone that hasn’t had something like this before is that is taste like freeze-dried strawberries. There’s a refreshing sourness that while surprising at first makes you want to take another sip. It naturally pairs perfectly well with cookies and pastries. You will taste the sharpness of the strawberry each time. If you had strawberry cookies before and didn’t love them, I would suggest steering clear but if you want to have an adventure with a bold combo of flavors, this is your coffee.
