Ethiopia produces coffees unlike anywhere else, and the history and culture of the people is steeped in coffee tradition.
Produced by smallholding farmers from trees of the rare indigenous Ethiopia 'Wush Wush' variety of Arabica, this coffee encompasses the entirety of the palate with amazing intensity, syrupy body and fruit juice acidity.
The finish is sweet with floral and herbal notes. This is simply an amazing coffee.
The local roasters where I am have lost quality recently, and raised their prices (SMH). Finally could justify the shipping costs, and I'm glad that I tried out Common Room. All 5 stars earned. Cheers.
