Not at all. The Home Barista Essentials class is designed for complete beginners. We walk you through everything from scratch. If you have some experience, the Espresso Masterclass goes deeper into technique and extraction theory.
Just yourself. We provide all equipment, beans, milk, aprons, and refreshments. If you want to take notes, bring a phone or notebook — we also send a recap guide after class.
All classes take place at the Common Room Roastery — 2952 E. 14th St, Long Beach, CA 90804. Free parking available. You'll walk through the cafe and roasting floor to reach the training lab.
