Named for Guatemala’s national bird, Quetzal is a coffee that carries the spirit of its homeland. Grown on smallholder plots in the remote highlands of Huehuetenango, the beans mature under cloud forest canopy, nourished by mineral-rich soils and shielded from frost by warm valley winds. The result is a cup with notes of chocolate, citrus and a floral finish. This coffee is clean, vibrant, and structured, it’s an expression of Huehuetenango’s world-renowned terroir and embodies the harmony of nature and tradition in one balanced brew.
