A 60% drinking chocolate made using cacao from the Duarte province of the Dominican Republic. This cacao exhibits flavors of malt and maple which is complemented with subtle notes of molasses from the coconut sugar.

Directions: In a small pot, warm 200g milk with 40g chocolate powder. Whisk until the powder is dissolved and milk is steaming. Serve immediately.
