(ACODIHUE) founded in 1996 is a primary coffee producing organization, made up of 20 agricultural associations.
The smallholder farms for this regional select coffee are in the Huehuetenango region in the western highlands of Guatemala which has a unique climate and soils that are ideal growing conditions.
The high altitudes produce coffee that has crisp and citric acidity with full bodied, toffee sweetness and can be the most fruit forward, complex coffees that Guatemala has to offer.
