The smallholder farms for this regional select coffee are in the Huehuetenango region in the western highlands of Guatemala, which is the most famous coffee growing region in the country. The high altitudes and unique growing conditions produce coffee that has crisp malic and citrus acidity with a full bodied, toffee sweetness and tend to be the most fruit forward and complex coffees that Guatemala has to offer.
